Cresyl Voilet Products - A new cell permeable fluorogenic Substrate. Cresyl Voilet substartes are cell
permeable fluorescent probes that are specially useful for detecting subcellular enzymatic activity.
These probe provide excellent reagents for HTS application.
Features:
1. Excitation at 568 nm.
2. Emission at 595 nm
3. No Fluorescence when attached to peptides
4. Cresyl Voilet generates red fluorescenc when cleaved.
Peptide Thiobenzyl Ester Substrates ( SBzl) - Peptide thiobenzyl esters are senstive substrates for
serine and cysteine proteases. The thiol leaving group is detected by reaction with thiol reagent such
as 5,5'-dithiobis ( 2-nitrobenzoic acid) (DTNB or Leman's reagent) or 4,4'- dithiodipyridine.
